CTO Club: Technical Debt, Architecture, and the Business Case

Technical debt is inevitable — but how you manage it, communicate it, and make decisions around it separates good technical leadership from great. This session covers the hard tradeoffs between shipping fast and building right, how to frame architecture decisions for non-technical stakeholders, and how to build organizational trust around technical risk.

CTO Club Meetings are for SheTO Members at VP+ level and held monthly on Zoom.

Please refer to the CTO Club channel in Slack for details and the Zoom link!

If you are already a SheTO Member and a VP+, please be sure your profile in the SheTO Members Directory is up to date!
