The hard ones are the silent ones: the run that returned something plausible, skipped a step it shouldn't have, or called a tool that gave garbage and kept going. This session is about how teams are actually building observability into agentic systems, and what good looks like when evals, tracing, and human-in-the-loop aren't enough.
