Measuring AI Boost: Value, Metrics and Scale
AI coding assistants are everywhere. As engineering leaders roll out expensive AI tools, one question keeps coming back: is developer productivity really improving? The truth is, most leaders don’t have a clear answer yet—the data is messy, and the metrics are still evolving.
This panel takes on that challenge head-on. We’ll explore how engineering leaders are harnessing these tools to drive real production impact, what metrics actually matter, and the hidden hurdles to scaling adoption. You’ll walk away with practical insights on efficiency gains, cultural shifts, and strategies for accelerating AI adoption—plus real-world case studies of where AI assistants deliver outsized returns, and where they fall short. This conversation will challenge assumptions and equip you with actionable steps to make AI a force multiplier for your teams.
