Prompt to Production
AI has reshaped how we think about building software—but the real test lies in moving from clever prompts to production-ready solutions. The promise isn’t just faster code generation; it’s about reimagining how we design, build, and deliver products. This session will explore how engineering leaders can harness AI not only to accelerate development, but to ship better products, create more meaningful team experiences, and deliver greater value to customers at scale.
We’ll dive into what it takes to operationalize AI in real engineering workflows: building trust in AI-assisted output, creating new metrics for measuring impact, and aligning adoption strategies with team culture. Beyond efficiency, we’ll examine how AI changes the role of engineers—freeing them to focus on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation while reducing friction in delivery.
The future of software development won’t be defined by how well we prompt AI—it will be defined by how effectively we integrate it into production, empowering teams and transforming customer experiences.
