Radical Candor in Action

Most conferences end with speeches. This one ends with something different: live role plays. In this closing keynote, SheTO Founder & CEO Nidhi Gupta and Radical Candor author Kim Scott will step into real leadership scenarios—delivering feedback, navigating tough conversations, and modeling what courage looks like in the moment.
Role plays are at the heart of SheTO’s Accelerator programs, where leaders practice the conversations that matter most. Now, for the first time, we’re bringing that practice to the Summit stage. Together, Nidhi and Kim will act out the messy, human side of leadership—showing what happens when feedback goes wrong, and how to do it right. Along the way, Kim will unpack the Radical Candor framework—contrasting care with clarity—and Nidhi will connect it back to how engineering leaders can build trust, resilience, and growth inside their teams.
This isn’t your typical keynote. It’s part performance, part workshop, and all real. Expect candor, laughter, and unforgettable lessons you can take back to your own leadership.
