Lynn Jurich is Founder and CEO of the Female Longevity Institute (FLI MD), a physician-led women's health and precision longevity practice redefining healthcare through a whole-woman approach. FLI MD combines evidence-based, female-specific longevity science with personalized care that helps women optimize their health, prevent chronic disease, and thrive across every stage of life.
Lynn is also the co-founder and former CEO of Sunrun and now serves as Co-Executive Chair. She led the company as CEO for seven years and, together with co-founder Ed Fenster, pioneered the ""solar-as-a-service"" business model, helping make clean, affordable energy accessible to millions of homeowners. Through Sunrun, she also helped found Lunar Energy, where she serves as Chair. Before founding Sunrun, Lynn worked in private equity at Summit Partners.
In 2026, Lynn was named to Forbes' Innovator 250: America's Greatest Innovators. She was previously recognized as the San Francisco Business Times' Most Admired CEO, one of Fortune's 40 Under 40, one of Forbes' Women to Watch, and one of Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business.
Lynn earned a BS in Science, Technology, and Society and an MBA from Stanford University. She is also a lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she teaches entrepreneurship.
