You Are Not What You Do
Nidhi Gupta has spent her career building things: teams, companies, products. Her identity has always been wrapped up in what she does. This year, something forced her to ask a question she'd never really had to answer. In this opening keynote, she shares what she found on the other side of that question, and why it's changing not just how she leads, but how she thinks about everything she's built, including SheTO itself. It's a challenge to everyone in the room, before the day even begins: when you strip away what you do, who's actually left? That "who" is your legacy.
